1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Merchant", "User", "you") and KV Solutions ("KV Review", "we", "us"), having its principal place of operation in Vasai, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account, accessing our dashboard, or deploying tabletop QR materials, you signify your agreement to these Terms.

3. AI Drafting & Editorial Responsibility

KV Review leverages artificial intelligence language models (including Groq LPU inference) to produce suggested review copy based on question ratings. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Review drafts are assistive suggestions intended to overcome writer's block.
• The patron is the sole author and submitter of any content posted to third-party platforms like Google Maps.
• KV Solutions does not submit reviews directly on behalf of users and holds no access to third-party consumer credentials.

4. Merchant Accounts & Security

When registering a business, you agree to provide true, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must notify KV Solutions immediately at support@kvsolutions.in upon suspecting any unauthorized access.

5. Fees, Billing & Taxes

All KV Review plans are prepaid annual subscriptions paid in Indian Rupees (INR). There is no automatic renewal; continued access after your paid period ends requires a new payment. Activation begins once the payment is confirmed by our payment gateway, and expired or cancelled plans are deactivated without further access until renewed.

• Inclusive Pricing: Prices displayed on the website are final and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• GST Tax Invoice: A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated for every completed payment and is available through your payment receipt email or on request at support@kvsolutions.in.
• Refunds: Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, standee designs, UI components, documentation, trademarks, and design systems belonging to KV Review remain the exclusive property of KV Solutions. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the merchant portal and print generated tabletop QR assets during your active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KV SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS REPUTATION, THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT ACTIONS BY GOOGLE, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO KV SOLUTIONS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.
