1. SaaS Subscriptions & Cancellations
KV Review software subscriptions are prepaid annual plans. Your one-time payment covers twelve months of access and there is no automatic renewal. To cancel a future renewal, email support@kvsolutions.in before your period end.
No Automatic Charges: We do not store or auto-debit your payment method for renewals.
Continued Access: You retain full access to your business dashboard and QR links until the end of your prepaid annual period.
No Cancellation Fees: We never charge cancellation or account closing fees.
Renewal: Renewal requires a new payment; expired plans are deactivated until renewed.
Pricing & GST: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST. A GST tax invoice is generated for every payment, and any approved refund is recorded on the corresponding tax invoice.
If you ordered physical printed acrylic tent cards, metal plaques, or waterproof vinyl table stickers:
Damaged in Transit: If your shipment arrives cracked, damaged, or scratched, email photos to support@kvsolutions.in within 7 days of delivery for a free immediate reprint and dispatch.
Printing Errors: If the QR code or business branding does not match your digital proof due to a manufacturing defect, we will reprint and ship replacements at zero additional cost.
Custom Merchandise: Because printed tabletop cards are custom-manufactured with your business-specific QR code and logo, non-defective customized physical items are non-returnable once produced.
3. Refund Timelines & Methods
Approved refunds are credited directly to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking):
Refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 hours and typically reflect in your bank account or card statement within 5 to 7 business days depending on your banking provider.
