KV Solutions ("KV Review", "we", "our", or "us"), operating from Vasai, Maharashtra, India, is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of data privacy and transparency. We adhere to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
When patrons scan a tabletop QR code at a business, we do NOT collect, store, or sell any Personal Identifiable Information (PII). Customers do not log in, do not enter their phone numbers, email addresses, or names, and are not tracked across websites. Rating answers are processed ephemerally solely to draft review text in their browser session.
When business owners register for a business account, we collect: full name, work email address, business name, physical business address, and Google Place ID. Passwords are cryptographically salted and hashed by Supabase Auth and never visible in plaintext.
To provide merchants with review analytics, we record aggregate non-personal counters: QR scan events, review generation counts, copy button clicks, and physical table identifiers (e.g., "Patio Table 4"). IP addresses are not stored in telemetry records. A short-lived, hashed form of the requesting IP is used only for abuse prevention and is deleted automatically.
Rating selections (e.g. 5 stars on coffee quality) are sent ephemerally to our AI inference provider solely to generate conversational review draft sentences. This payload contains zero customer personal identifiers.
